What qualifies
Any purchase made within the last 7 days qualifies for a full refund, regardless of the reason. We don't ask you to justify your request.
What happens after a refund
Once a refund is processed, your access to the download link and any future free updates will be deactivated. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout, and may take a few additional days to appear depending on your bank or card provider.
Requests after 7 days
We're unable to offer refunds for requests made more than 7 days after purchase, since the product is a digital download delivered instantly. If you're experiencing a technical issue with your download, contact us first — we're usually able to resolve this without needing a refund.
